Workout trackerGym logWorks offline
Every set,
on the
record.
Tap in weight, reps and RPE between sets. SURGE shows what you lifted last time, flags a PR the moment you beat it, and turns the log into charts. It keeps running on your phone with no signal.
Between sets,
not after.
The logger walks you through one set at a time. Before each set it shows your result from last session, your best, and a suggested load you can tap to accept.
After the set, pick an RPE from 6 to 10. The rest timer starts with sound cues, and the screen stays awake while it counts down.
Close the tab or take a call halfway through. SURGE saves the session after every set and picks up where you stopped.
How it keeps
score.
Nothing here asks you to write a formula or tag a record by hand.
- 01
A PR is a PR.
More weight than your best, or the same weight for more reps. The flag lands on the set as soon as you log it.
- 02
Day one is a baseline.
The first time you log a lift, nothing gets flagged. Records start counting from the second session.
- 03
Holds are timed.
Planks and other holds run a countdown and save the seconds you held, not a rep count.
- 04
Warm-ups do the maths.
For working weights of 30 kg and up, set one shows a ramp at 40, 60 and 80%. Barbell lifts show the plates per side.
- 05
The basement gym is fine.
Install SURGE to your home screen. Sets save on the phone and upload when you are back online.
The
charts.
Every chart on the Progress screen is built from the sets you logged. There is nothing to set up.
Estimated 1RM uses the Epley formula, so 100 kg for 5 reads as about 117 kg. That puts a heavy triple and a set of eight on the same line.

Paper log or

Paper works anywhere and never needs charging. It just never compares one set with another for you.

questions.
Does the workout tracker work offline?
Yes, once you install it to your home screen. Logging runs on the phone and saves to the device, and anything logged offline uploads when you reconnect. The AI coach needs a connection.
What counts as a PR?
A set beats your record when it is heavier than your best for that exercise, or the same weight for more reps. Your first session of a lift sets the baseline.
Can I log a workout that is not in my plan?
Yes. Build a one-off workout in My Workouts and start it whenever you like, or run a Quick HIIT session.
What is estimated 1RM?
It estimates the most you could lift once, from a heavier set of several reps. SURGE uses the Epley formula and charts your best estimate per training day.
Do I need the AI planner to use the tracker?
No. Log against a template, a plan you wrote yourself, or a single saved workout. The coach is optional.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Download every logged set as a CSV, or a full JSON backup of everything the app stores.
